I have no outstanding fines or warrants out for my arrest (I will pay any outstanding traffic fines). I answered "YES" to all the above questions and I am ready to obtain a pardon through Alberta Pardons ASAP by telephone or secure online application. I just wanted to see if I am eligible to apply for a pardon at this time. (No follow-up phone call will be required).
