Submit your application and be sure to include your MasterCard or Visa information in order to secure your application .

Note: Once we receive your Secured Waiver application we will call you and arrange for you to come in and sign some forms and submit your fingerprints biometrically. The forms you have to sign will depend on your particular application.

Can't come in for an appointment?

No problem. We can mail or XpressPost you all the forms to sign and return to us. You will need to get your fingerprints taken at your nearest Biometric Fingerprinting office or by your local police, and then return them with the signed documents in a prepaid XpressPost envelope.
